Mission: The EmpowerOne program provides the services of non-judgmental, objective, and professional coaches who support the understanding and self-discovery of one’s capabilities and limitations. We address the concerns and goals of students through a custom developed and paced innovative educational program. EmpowerOne students develop themselves at a pace that is comfortable and compatible with their abilities, responsibilities and expectations.

Vision: EmpowerOne is a comprehensive coaching, mentoring and counseling program based on ILIA’s founder’s vision of transforming individuals through custom mentoring and self-developmental skills bringing the best practices from cross-disciplines, integrated with proven concepts and approaches used at some of the world’s most successful organizations. The program revolves around the idea of empowering individuals and enabling them to reach their optimum potential.
